Ternak Klip

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Every question the site answers, in one place, sorted by who is asking.

What does it cost?

There is a platform fee on top of the campaign budget, charged only on work you approve. The rate follows the campaign model and its scale, so it is set with you in a short meeting rather than published as one number. The Pricing page lists everything that is never charged.

How do I pay for a campaign?

You fund the campaign upfront by bank transfer or virtual account. The money sits in Ternak Klip escrow, never in anyone's personal account, and only clears to creators once views are validated.

Is there a minimum budget?

Yes. The figure is not published on this page yet – the team is still locking it down. The mechanism does not change: the full budget goes into escrow upfront, and whatever is unspent can be withdrawn.

Which payout models can I use?

Three: CPM pays per 1,000 views, retainer pays a fixed amount per month, and per post pays a flat fee for each video. One campaign uses one model.

How much can a creator earn from one clip?

Up to the maximum payout you set. On CPM a clip earns its rate per 1,000 views and stops at that ceiling, so your cost per clip is capped at a number you choose.

How do I know the views are real?

Metrics are pulled straight from the linked platform account, then checked against engagement patterns, account history and creator analytics. Over-cap claims and unnatural spikes are flagged before they reach reporting.

How much should a first campaign spend?

Enough that the rate is worth a creator's time and the campaign runs long enough to read. A budget that pays for a handful of clips tells you nothing about the channel – you want a sample you can draw a conclusion from. The minimum figure is not published yet; the team is still locking it down.

Which payout model should I use?

Pay per 1,000 verified views when you want reach and are happy for the best clips to earn the most. Pay per accepted post when you need a known number of assets at a known price. Use a retainer when you want the same creators posting continuously rather than a burst.

How do I write a brief creators will follow?

Say what the clip is for in one line, then list what it must show, what it must not, and where the footage comes from. Name the hook you want and the ones you have already seen too often. Ambiguity in a brief comes back as submissions you have to reject, which costs review time rather than budget.

Do I run it myself or with an agency?

Either. Running it yourself means you write the brief and review the clips; an agency does both for you and manages several brands from one account with role-based access. If you are already working with an agency, the agencies page covers how they are set up.

Are there any other fees?

No. There is no monthly cost, no setup fee, no seat fee and no listing fee. You are never billed for having an account – only the platform fee on campaigns you actually run, and that works the same across CPM, per post and retainer.

Do I need a subscription or a contract?

No. There is no monthly cost and no minimum term. You pay the platform fee only on campaigns you actually run.

What is TernakKlip?

Brands open campaigns with the budget already held in escrow. You pick a campaign, make the content, and get paid on verified views. No follower minimum, and nothing to negotiate.

How do I join my first campaign?

Open Discover, read the terms on a campaign you like, then join from the app. Everything on the board is approved – no drafts and no closed campaigns.

How do I submit content?

Post the video on your own account under the campaign's terms, then paste the link into the app. The account has to be linked so the metrics can be read straight from the platform.

Why was my submission rejected?

Usually the campaign's terms were not met: material outside what was allowed, a video deleted or set to private, an unlinked account, or a view pattern flagged during checks.

Does someone check my work before I get paid?

Yes. Every submission goes through the brand's review and the verification layer: metrics are pulled from the platform, then checked against engagement patterns and account history before they count towards a payout.

When do payouts happen?

On CPM, views are counted across the campaign window and held briefly for verification before they land in your balance. On per post, the payout is calculated once the video is approved.

How do I get my money out?

Withdraw your balance to your own bank account or e-wallet from the app. Payouts go out in your own name – TernakKlip does not pay a third-party account.

How does a campaign decide what I earn?

Three models. CPM pays per 1,000 views, per post pays a flat rate for each accepted video, and retainer pays a fixed amount each month. One campaign uses one model, and states it up front.

Is there a limit on what one clip can earn?

Yes. The brand sets a maximum payout per clip when it opens the campaign, and that cap is written on the campaign page before you join.

What fee does TernakKlip take?

There is a platform fee taken from what you earn. The percentage is not published on this page yet and will be stated openly on the Pricing page.

How much of my earnings do I keep?

Most of it. A flat platform fee applies to CPM, per post and retainer alike – no tiers, no hidden thresholds – and each campaign's brief states what you earn before you take it.

Are there campaigns with no fee at all?

Yes. On larger per post and retainer campaigns we take no fee at all, and the brief says so on the campaign itself.

Are there withdrawal fees?

No. Withdrawing your balance to your own account is free. The minimum you can withdraw is different for each campaign.

Is it free to join?

Yes. You only ever share a percentage of what you actually earn.

What does it cost to run campaigns for clients?

A platform fee on top of the campaign budget, charged only on delivered work. There is no monthly cost and no minimum term. The percentage is not published on this page yet and will be stated openly on the Pricing page.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. No subscription, no minimum term, so an account can sit idle between client campaigns at no charge. You pay the fee only on campaigns you actually run.

What reporting do I get?

Views, approved submissions, engagement and effective CPM, broken down by campaign, platform and day – the same figures the payout is calculated from, so a client report is not a second set of numbers.

Who approves the content?

You do, or whoever on your team you give review access to. Nothing approves itself, and a rejection has to point at something written in the campaign brief – so put the requirements there, not in a chat.

When do creators get paid?

On CPM, views are counted across the campaign window and held briefly for verification before they clear. Per post pays once the video is approved, and retainer pays at the end of each cycle.

Can I get unspent budget back?

Yes. Unspent budget is still your client's money and can be withdrawn from escrow; payouts already earned by creators are settled first and cannot be pulled back.

Can I run campaigns for more than one client?

Yes. One agency account holds each client brand underneath it with its own campaigns, budget and settings, and teammates are invited per role.
